Elevated Natural Bridesmaid Makeup at Montecito Country Club
This past weekend, I had the opportunity to provide makeup for members of a bridal party celebrating at Montecito Country Club. The requested look was elevated and natural—polished enough for a beautiful wedding setting while still allowing each bridesmaid to feel completely like herself.
Natural Makeup, Elevated for the Wedding Day
Natural wedding makeup doesn’t have to mean wearing very little makeup. It’s about thoughtfully enhancing each person’s features while keeping the finished look fresh, balanced and effortless.
For this bridal party, I focused on skin-like complexions, softly defined eyes, natural-looking lashes and flattering neutral lip colors. Warm blush and subtle dimension brought life to the skin without making the makeup feel overly heavy or dramatic.
Although the overall direction remained cohesive, each look was customized to the individual. Skin type, eye shape, coloring and personal comfort all played a part in creating makeup that felt flattering and authentic to each bridesmaid.
